Our expertise: How we “brief” your AI

Team empowerment & training
The best tools are useless without trained users. We empower your employees (e.g. medical writers, CRAs, data managers) to become competent “prompt pilots” themselves. In practical training courses, we not only teach technical skills, but also a critical understanding of AI security and data protection. This is how you make your team independent and ready for the future.
Prompting masterclass for clinical teams
We train your specialist departments to interact securely and efficiently with AI agents.
- From user to pilot: Understanding how LLMs “think” to achieve better results.
- Safety First: How do I recognize hallucinations? What can I write in the prompt (PII Awareness)?
- Role-based training: Specific modules for data managers (data structuring) vs. medical writers (text generation).

Domain-specific prompting
Of course, we are also happy to support you in specific projects and take care of the prompting for you or help with it. We don't write simple questions, we program behavior through language. Our approach makes AI results robust and auditable:
A generic language model is a generalist. We'll make it a specialist. We develop prompts that give the AI the specific context of your study (indication, phase, protocol specifics). We “teach” the agent to think like an experienced medical writer or data manager and to use the correct terminology (MedDRA, CDISC).

Guardrails & Hallucination Protection
The biggest concern with AI is “inventing” facts. Through advanced prompting techniques (e.g. chain-of-thought, grounding), we force the agent to strictly stick to the sources provided (e.g. the study protocol or the patient report). We are installing linguistic guidelines (“guardrails”) that prohibit AI from adding information.

Structured Outputs & Prompt Libraries
AI is often talkative. However, you often need clear formats for your processes (e.g. JSON, tables, or standardized reports). We design prompts that force the output into exactly the format that your downstream systems need. We also create reusable prompt libraries for your team to ensure standardized quality across various studies.
